Later on, Z**T and C*P found and knew each other. In order to prevent cut-throat competition, they signed an agreement that the 2 companies making different models of fairings. If one company made A; the other company will not make A.

Thus, today, when you buy motorcycle fairings from China, you’ll find the mold print of Z**T on some models and C*P on some models.

End of 2008, the Johnson family in Jack town found the fairing business has good profit. So, Johnson family invested into Motorcyclefairingz workshop and owned half of the bonds ofMotorcyclefairingz workshop and came into a new company called Z**T. Though Motorcyclefairingz workshop was very reluctant about this. However, Johnson family has a lot of gangsters working form them. Since end of 2008, Z**T made a lot of injection molds for motorcycle fairings.

Meanwhile, in Zhejiang province, there is another manufacturer C*P making these injection mold for motorcycle fairings.

However, as the sales of fairings kits boomed so fast, the complaints about the fitment of compression molded fairings increased a lot too. This made sellers of fairings worried about future business of fairings. Then, the idea of making injection mold of fairings came to be realized. Motorcyclefairingz workshop tried to find injection mold factories in China and finally Motorcyclefairingz workshop found some and tried the model of CBR600RR 0304 fairing andCBR600RR 0506 fairing ( The 2 best sellers in 2008).

As you know, the side fairing is usually quite big in size. The injection mold of the fairing is very big too. The price of one complete injection mold is usually 0.8-1 million RMB. So, Motorcyclefairingz workshop needs large amount of cash to make more injection molds for other motorcycle fairings.

As you know, the HongKong trader was the only seller for fairings to Motorcyclefairingzworkshop. He tried to lower the purchasing cost from Motorcyclefairingz workshop. The boss of Motorcyclefairingz workshop felt very unhappy about this and tried to find new seller to share the channels for selling fairings. That means, the boss wanted to make some competitors with the Hongkong guy. So, the boss created a website himself selling these fairings in China.

Since end of 2007, a lot of trading companies in mainland China and ebayers from HONGKONG contacted the boss of Motorcyclefairingz workshop. And in the year of 2008, Motorcyclefairingz workshop manufactured around 2000 fairings kits made by compression mold.

Here, we only introduce the biggest workshop of compression molded fairings. And we call it Motorcyclefairingz Workshop.

At the early 2000, Motorcyclefairingz workshop made molds for 250cc and 400cc bikes like MC22, VJ22, VFR400. Most of the fairings were bought by local Chinese bikers. However, some fairings were sent to Hongkong where 400cc and 400cc up bikes were allowed to be driven on roads. One day, one Hongkong guy called Motorcyclefairingz and asked Motorcyclefairingz the possibility of making CBR600RR fairings by fiberglass compression mold. Then, Motorcyclefairingz started to try this project of fairings for 600cc and up bikes. By 2007, 9/10 compression molded fairings were sent to this Hongkong guy and the Hongkong buy sold them to America, Ausutralia and Europe.

However, thanks to these used bikes were smuggled into Jack town, the fairings of these bikes were either broken or severely scratched. Then, this created the repairing of fairings. Scratches might be easy to be repaired; then, the painting shops for fairings and bikes created.

After a few years, more and more broken fairings were needed to be repaired. Some of the broken fairings were not possible to be repaired but needed to be replaced. But there were no new fairings to be replaced. So, this created the production of new fairings made by fiberglass compression mold.

At 1990s, China hasn’t entered the WTO, importing of bikes more than 400cc to China is like of impossible. However, there is still need for these 400cc up bikes in China. Then, this created the smuggling of used bikes.

Jack town is a great bay for small boats driving from open sea. Then, during the nights, many smuggling small boats entered the bay of Jack town and brought tons of 250cc, 400cc bikes from Japan, Hongkong or Korea. The models like MC22, VFR30, CB400 were very popular.

First of all, why is the aftermarket motorcycle fairings made in China? Just because the labor cost of China is low. No, there are way more reason. If you know that it’s forbidden for bikes more than 250cc driving on streets legally in China, you would not believe China will make these fairings for 400cc bikes.

For every motorcycle fairing kit, we will track it until you receive the fairing kit. When there is a problem of delivery, usually, we’ll send an email to you and ask about this.

Albertus (Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia) ordered motorcycle fairing set R1 0708 SANTANDER from our website www.motorcyclefairingz.com. Besides fairing, Albertus also ordered headlight, side grips and other parts. We sent the Tangerang Selatan out after we finished the order. Seven days later, we tracked the parcel on website. However, we only found “failed delivery” as the latest status. We were anxious about this. We know that if the parcel stayed at the status of “failed delivery” for more than 10 days, the motorcycle fairing set R1 0708 SANTANDER would be probably returned to us. Then, Albertus couldn’t get the fairing. So, we sent an email to Albertus to ask whether he received the parcel or not.

One day passed, there was no reply. We sent another email again. Still no reply received. On the third day, we called Albertus from China; we knew the telephone fee is very expensive. However, in order to make sure Albertus received the motorcycle fairing kit, we had to do so. Luckily, Albertus’s phone was got through and we talked with Albertus about this. The good thing is that Albertus got the parcel and he’s very happy with our products and service. As the email problem, Albertus used the email of his father’s. That’s why he didn’t check the email. At the end, all happy and Albertus said he’ll ask his friends to buy from us.

During international shipping for motorcyclefairing, it’s not always so smooth. However, our service and experience can always help you.

Tommy (Los Angeles, USA) ordered one fairing set CBR600RR 07-08 REDBULL 3 from our website. Tommy paid on Oct 11^th, 2011. We finished the fairing and sent the fairing to him on Oct 24^th, 2011. However, On 10^th Oct, Tommy sent us an email saying that he didn’t get the motorcycle fairings but a notice from his local post office. The notice said when the postman tried to deliver the motorcycle fairing to Tommy, Tommy’s company was closed. Tommy worried a lot about this and he asked us for solutions. We tracked the fairing on website and found the fairing kit was still in post office in L.A.

We had such experience before. So, we asked Tommy to call USPS service number and ask for the local post office number. Then, Tommy got the local post office number and explained the story to postman. The postman arranged another delivery on 21^st Nov. Finally, Tommy got the motorcycle fairing set for CBR600RR 0708. And he is very happy about our service and assistance. And we appreciated Tommy giving us a chance to help him.
