At 1990s,
China hasn’t entered the WTO, importing of bikes more than 400cc to China is
like of impossible. However, there is still need for these 400cc up bikes in
China. Then, this created the smuggling of used bikes.
Jack town
is a great bay for small boats driving from open sea. Then, during the nights,
many smuggling small boats entered the bay of Jack town and brought tons of
250cc, 400cc bikes from Japan, Hongkong or Korea. The models like MC22, VFR30,
CB400 were very popular.
